Terms of use and licensing

Last updated 10 October 2026.

What you are buying

A licence to use a digital file. You are not buying the copyright, which remains with us under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978.

Standard licence — one family or one teacher

You may: print as many copies as you need for the children in your own household, or for your own personal teaching use; store the file on your own devices; and keep using it indefinitely.

You may not: share, send, upload or sell the file to anyone else; print copies for another family, another teacher or a whole class; upload it to a shared drive, group or website; or claim it as your own work.

Classroom licence

Adds the right to reproduce the resource for the learners in one classroom, for one year, and includes a variant set generated uniquely for your school.

Cottage school licence

Covers up to fifteen learners at one site for one year.

Watermarking

Files carry the buyer's name and email address on each page. This is not a threat; it is simply how we keep prices low, by making casual redistribution traceable.

Refunds

Digital downloads cannot be returned once delivered, so refunds are not offered as a matter of course. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is materially different from its description, contact us and we will repair it or refund you.

What our resources are not

Home-education packs are administrative templates, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of registration approval. Differentiated and short-burst resources are teaching materials, not a diagnosis, therapy or professional assessment. Always confirm current requirements with your provincial education department, and consult a qualified professional about a child's individual needs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
